Online English Writing & Analysis Course Developer (All Levels)

About the role

JadeClass Education Singapore is seeking enthusiastic educators to develop and deliver online English writing and analysis courses for students aged 6‑16. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating engaging, standards‑aligned lessons for small groups.

Key responsibilities

• Teach up to eight students per session using pre‑designed lesson materials.
• Develop, test, and revise lesson plans to meet JadeClass standards for a full 15‑lesson course.
• Deliver live, interactive classes on weekends (fall/spring) or weekdays (summer) according to the semester schedule.
• Collaborate in online development meetings to ensure course quality.

Required profile

• Reliable internet connection (≥20 Mbps) and a modern computer.
• Ability to guarantee preparation and attendance for every scheduled class.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to adapt to standards.
• Excellent oral grammar, clear enunciation, and a fun, talkative personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ClassIn online teaching platform.

What we offer

• $360 USD per newly developed lesson (includes materials, homework, grading keys).
• $75 USD per 90‑minute teaching session.
• Monthly payments via Wise between the 10th and 12th.
• Flexible scheduling within Singapore time zones.
