About the role
The Office Clerk provides essential on‑site office support for Ricoh’s customer locations. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clients while delivering reliable copy, print, mail and shipping services.
Key responsibilities
- Operate high‑volume copy machines, perform binding and finishing work.
- Conduct daily inspections of copiers, clear paper jams and report technical issues.
- Sort and distribute mail, inter‑office packages, courier and overnight deliveries.
- Calculate job charges, maintain billing logs, and coordinate service calls.
- Perform filing duties as requested by clients.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the manager.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a mailroom or copy centre.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
