About the role
Everison International Group Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator to support its Toronto hub. The role blends administrative duties with finance‑related tasks, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for a global metal manufacturing business.
Key responsibilities
- Record and process vendor invoices, guaranteeing accuracy and timely payments.
- Collaborate with site leadership on office requirements and work closely with Accounts Payable on requisitions and invoices.
- Draft, enter, and track purchase orders, service entries, and capital project submissions in global accounting systems.
- Maintain up‑to‑date order and invoice records, supporting reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to monitor orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Verify documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Organize digital and physical filing systems for quick retrieval.
- Handle outgoing payments and send confirmations to stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative team player able to work cross‑functionally with finance and operations.
- Adaptable and eager to take on a variety of administrative and accounting‑related responsibilities.
- Clear communicator with professional phone, email, and in‑person skills.
- Minimum three years of experience in accounts payable or a related administrative role.
