About the role
Priority Worldwide is looking for a motivated New Business Development Executive to drive growth for its Montreal office. You will focus on acquiring new B2B clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sector while nurturing existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business opportunities.
- Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations and proposals, and close deals.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and expand business with current accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export or supply‑chain services.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French.

What we offer
- Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $115,000 plus a non‑declining commission structure.
