Network Tools Automation Engineer

About the role

Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering team is seeking a Network Tools Automation Engineer to design, implement and stabilize network and security platforms for enterprise and data‑center environments. The role focuses on building repeatable integrations, improving data quality and delivering observability and automation solutions that support production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between network/security tools and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, webhooks and custom scripts.
• Deploy, operate and stabilize network observability and security tooling, including monitoring, SIEM‑aligned integrations and production validation.
• Automate the Cisco ACI data‑center fabric via APIC controller and Cisco Nexus Dashboard.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks and integration specifications for repeatable deployments.
• Develop Python, JSON and PowerShell scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, reporting and controlled change execution.
• Conduct technical assessments of client infrastructure and plan automation across SD‑WAN, SD‑Access, SD‑DC, firewalls, IDS/IPS and related toolchains.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with a strong core networking background.
• Experience in enterprise and data‑center networking environments.
• Proven ability to design tool‑to‑tool integrations and drive operational maturity.
