About the role
Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to develop client communications, create marketing content, and produce support materials for product launches, events, and client outreach. The role works within a hybrid schedule and reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare client communications, including operational notices, product updates, urgent alerts, and scheduled announcements.
- Compose and manage distribution of product launch communications to relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, Product Managers, and Implementation Managers to create launch content.
- Partner with Strategic Account Management, Client Support, and Application Support teams to deliver updates via email, in‑app messages, and other channels.
- Develop marketing collateral that aligns with Fidelity Clearing Canada brand guidelines.
- Support client engagements, sponsorships, and leadership events.
Required profile
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across functional teams.
- Reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications.
