About the role
Phone Stack is looking for a full‑time Marketing Assistant to help amplify our AI‑driven call‑center solution. You will create short‑form content, engage with prospects, and turn marketing ideas into daily execution.
Key responsibilities
- Create and post social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Write copy that explains AI calling, customer‑service automation and sales use cases.
- Help plan simple content calendars and produce short videos, demos and promotional clips.
- Research target customers and industries.
- Make outbound sales calls to business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
- Answer inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads and follow up via phone, email or messaging.
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain organized notes in the CRM and track basic metrics such as calls made, replies, meetings booked and content performance.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and making sales calls.
- Interest in social media, content creation, marketing and sales.
- Ability to produce clear, simple and engaging content.
- Confident interacting with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn new software, CRM tools and marketing platforms.
