About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for one of its communities. You will manage all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property sales.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, application handling, and resident onboarding.
• Ability to maintain show‑unit standards and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with local market conditions and competitive positioning.
