Learning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Specialist to design and deliver innovative learning and development programs that enhance both customer and employee experiences at Best Buy Canada. The role combines instructional design, facilitation and collaboration with subject‑matter experts to support onboarding, skill development and performance improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and develop learning solutions in formats such as eLearning, multimedia, webinars, instructor‑led sessions, job aids and performance‑support resources.
• Partner with SMEs and cross‑functional teams to identify strategic training priorities and ensure content aligns with business goals.
• Facilitate virtual, hybrid and in‑person learning programs and coach presenters on effective delivery.
• Manage digital learning assets on platforms such as Workday, Moodle or Blackboard.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a learning specialist or in a related training role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams.
