About the role
EZShop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce agency in Montreal, is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR). This entry‑level position offers a pathway into tech sales, allowing you to develop real sales skills while supporting retail clients in scaling their online presence.
Key responsibilities
- Make 80+ outbound cold calls daily to retail businesses.
- Prospect and qualify retailers that match the ideal customer profile.
- Book meetings for the sales team and conduct LinkedIn outreach.
- Maintain activity in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Follow structured outreach and sales processes.
- Learn the e‑commerce ecosystem, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, website optimization, Shopify & Lightspeed, and AI‑driven workflows.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and performance targets.
- Motivated to build a long‑term career in sales.
- Curious about technology, marketing, and e‑commerce.
- Organized and able to work with CRMs.
- Coachability, competitiveness, and a drive to improve.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
- LinkedIn outreach experience.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Lightspeed platforms.
- Understanding of AI automation and workflow tools.
