IT Intern – Student Support Role

About the role

McAsphalt Industries is looking for motivated IT students to join its IT department for a six‑month internship. You will support daily operations, gain hands‑on experience with a variety of technologies, and develop practical skills in a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day IT operations and user support.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, including printers, network connectivity, Microsoft Teams, and telephony systems.
• Support computer provisioning, setup, and imaging for new users.
• Help onboard and train users on Office 365 applications such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
• Research and assist in resolving technical problems.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an IT‑related program or a recent graduate.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and operations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
