HR Consultant – Global Mobility Expert (Remote)

About the role

This remote contract position focuses on designing and refining AI‑driven rubrics that model employee travel, expatriate assignments, and cross‑border mobility scenarios. You will work closely with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure the AI outputs align with real‑world corporate protocols and crisis‑response needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics for training AI models on global mobility and travel scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity planning.
• Leverage crisis‑management experience to create realistic, multi‑stage scenario rubrics for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess and refine model outputs, focusing on structured reasoning, judgment under uncertainty, and response‑planning quality.
• Document best practices and contribute expertise to rubric development for enterprise‑level global mobility operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating rubrics with the ability to provide structured feedback for AI or data‑centric projects.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in crisis management, emergency operations, or enterprise incident response.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
