Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with more than eight years of full‑cycle recruitment experience to lead hiring initiatives for a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients. The role demands independent ownership of hiring outcomes, strong pipeline development, and the ability to deliver top talent across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a wide range of functions and industries.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Drive hiring results independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support security‑cleared hiring and government contract requirements where needed.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven background in RPO, MSP, GTM, staffing, consulting or embedded recruitment environments.
• Recruiting experience across IT, Technology, AI/ML, FinTech, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Operations, Professional Services and Corporate functions.
• Hiring experience for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue/GTM, Technology, Operations, Leadership and specialized technical roles.
• Experience supporting Federal Government, public sector, Crown Corporations and commercial organisations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
• Security‑cleared hiring or public‑sector procurement experience is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
