Flight Instructor with King Air Flight Line Opportunity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Flight Instructor to work with a select group of individuals within our company pursuing their pilot licenses. This is not a traditional flight school environment. Our staff are highly respected professionals and leaders within our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide flight instruction to adult learners pursuing pilot licenses.
• Conduct training sessions using the company’s 1977 RI72 Hawk XP aircraft.
• Adapt teaching methods to individual schedules and learning styles.
• Foster confidence and competence through patient and professional instruction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to teach mature, high‑performing professionals respectfully.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Professionalism, patience, and adaptability.

Required skills

• Valid Flight Instructor Rating.
• Multi‑IFR Rating.
• Class 3, 2, or 1 rating.
