About the role
We are seeking an experienced and personable Flight Instructor to work with a select group of individuals within our company pursuing their pilot licenses. This is not a traditional flight school environment. Our staff are highly respected professionals and leaders within our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide flight instruction to adult learners pursuing pilot licenses.
- Conduct training sessions using the company’s 1977 RI72 Hawk XP aircraft.
- Adapt teaching methods to individual schedules and learning styles.
- Foster confidence and competence through patient and professional instruction.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to teach mature, high‑performing professionals respectfully.
- Flexible scheduling availability.
- Professionalism, patience, and adaptability.
Required skills
- Valid Flight Instructor Rating.
- Multi‑IFR Rating.
- Class 3, 2, or 1 rating.
