About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Minister to lead our faith community in Edmonton. The role involves delivering spiritual guidance, overseeing religious ceremonies, and supporting community welfare initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct services, administer rites, and represent the organization in humanitarian activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct religious services.
- Administer rites of faith such as marriages and funerals.
- Perform administrative tasks for the religious community.
- Provide spiritual and moral guidance to members.
- Supervise, plan and administer programs of religious education.
- Represent the church in humanitarian, social services and welfare activities.
- Provide consultation services to government and other organizations.
- Pray and promote spirituality by delivering sermons and talks.
Required profile
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a religious ministry.
- Proficiency in Arabic and Urdu.
- Ability to work within a religious organization setting.
