About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and drive People & Culture initiatives within a professional services firm. The role blends operational coordination with HR administration, offering exposure to strategic projects and a collaborative workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities that support leadership initiatives, operational priorities, and internal business processes.
  • Manage meeting logistics, scheduling, material preparation, and follow‑up actions for leadership and operational meetings.
  • Oversee document workflows, approvals, tracking, and cross‑departmental administrative projects.
  • Support employee lifecycle administration, including off‑boarding, record maintenance, and HR documentation updates.
  • Coordinate internal communications, annual HR processes, and People & Culture initiatives.
  • Maintain organized electronic records ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date documentation.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations support, HR coordination, or a professional services environment.
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional handling of confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Adobe tools.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
