About the role

We are seeking an English Language Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help improve AI‑generated English content by applying rigorous editing standards and linguistic expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, edit, and enhance AI‑generated English text for grammar, syntax, clarity, and style.
• Conduct in‑depth research to verify the accuracy of information used for AI training.
• Apply AP Style, copyediting, and proofreading best practices across diverse content types.
• Develop and refine writing prompts, tone guidelines, and stylistic parameters for language models.
• Analyze and annotate text data to boost AI language comprehension and generation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement areas and ensure linguistic quality.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English with a keen eye for grammar and syntax.
• Minimum professional experience in copyediting, proofreading, or linguistics.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to adapt to various writing styles and tones.
• Proficiency in AP Style and other recognized editorial standards.
• Excellent research skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
