Marketing Senior Coordinator

About the role

AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, is seeking a Marketing Senior Coordinator for its Calgary office. This hybrid position supports a centre of excellence for marketing automation, helping to deliver a 360‑degree view of customers and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and optimise a best‑in‑class marketing automation system that provides a comprehensive view of AVEVA’s customers and partners.
• Develop, maintain and enforce data‑governance practices, including database cleansing and synchronization across systems.
• Execute global campaigns by creating nurture programs, emails, landing pages, templates, web‑form templates and conducting A/B testing.
• Load and manage campaign lists, schedule communications, and generate performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain marketing operations, reactivate campaigns, and refine operating policies for improved efficiency.
• Implement and manage operational requirements for global communication governance, including calendar management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong workflow and process‑orientation with the ability to collaborate across global functions.
• Proven project‑management skills, capable of handling varying levels of complexity.
• Excellent time‑management and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integration points with automation tools.
• Ability to perform data cleansing and maintain data quality.
• Competence in designing and executing A/B tests for email and landing‑page optimisation.
