About the role

The Educational Programming Developer (EPD) designs, delivers, and evaluates professional learning programs for educators across early childhood, K‑12, adult education and related fields. Working within the Office of Professional Learning, the EPD ensures offerings are high‑quality, research‑backed, and aligned with faculty and university priorities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and assess credit and non‑credit professional learning programs for educators.
  • Design, plan, coordinate, and evaluate program curricula in collaboration with the Director of OPL.
  • Support academic integrity, operational effectiveness, and alignment with financial and enrolment objectives.
  • Partner with faculty, instructors, field partners, and other stakeholders to maintain program relevance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Experience creating and managing professional learning programs for diverse educator audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with academic and external partners.
  • Understanding of program evaluation, budgeting, and enrolment metrics.
