Dishwasher – Onsite Kitchen Support

About the role

We are looking for a reliable dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This onsite position involves maintaining a clean and efficient dishwashing operation to support the restaurant’s daily service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Manually wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items as needed.
• Place cleaned items in the appropriate storage areas.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle, store, and safely use cleaning products.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.

Required profile

• No formal education required; a high school diploma or equivalent is optional.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Dishwasher machine operation.
• Manual dishwashing and sanitizing techniques.
