About the role

Winfire Hospitality Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the dual‑brand property Wingate by Wyndham and Homefire Grill. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance and overseeing all operational aspects of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to brand service standards and initiatives.
• Exceed guest and employee expectations through proactive leadership.
• Achieve annual performance and financial targets.
• Lead the property leadership team, holding them accountable for strategic execution.
• Report operational and financial results to the Board of Directors.
• Represent the property in the local community and foster partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel environment.
• Strong financial acumen with proven budgeting, cost‑control, and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of independent decision‑making.
• Professional team player who leads with integrity and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
