About the role
This senior position leads the commercial sales function for a fast‑growing hotel and spa property in Calgary. You will shape strategy, build demand channels and work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue across all segments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full commercial sales mandate for B2C and B2B, driving occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, spa utilization, dining demand and ancillary revenue.
- Lead, develop and inspire a group sales team, establishing culture and performance standards.
- Build and diversify demand channels across corporate, leisure, group and wholesale segments.
- Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to align sales strategy with results.
- Design and implement scalable sales systems, processes and reporting infrastructure.
- Contribute as a senior leader to overall business strategy.
Required profile
- Proven track record in a senior hotel sales leadership role, preferably with spa or resort experience.
- Strong command of hotel commercial metrics such as ADR, RevPAR and occupancy.
- Builder’s mindset – experience creating sales functions, not just managing them.
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills across corporate and leisure markets.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Calgary.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary $125,000 – $150,000 CAD per year.
