Night Auditor – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

The Night Auditor joins the front‑office team at the SENS Hotel and its sister property, Château Versailles, to ensure smooth overnight operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will balance daily financial transactions, produce revenue reports, and provide front‑desk service to guests during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Classify and verify commercial transactions recorded during the day.
• Balance accounts, close cash registers for all points of sale, and generate the daily revenue report.
• Handle phone calls, route inquiries, and manage reservations.
• Perform guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and manage group arrivals.
• Collaborate with security, address customer complaints, and perform other administrative or accounting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• College degree in hospitality or related field (asset).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar night‑audit or front‑office role.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical abilities, professionalism, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of hotel software applications, specifically Opera.
