Dental Technician

About the role

Modern Dental Technology Laboratory Inc. is seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our fast‑paced lab in Winnipeg. You will work hands‑on to design, modify, and finish a variety of dental devices for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and modify full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands.
• Prepare plaster models and moulds, and perform waxing‑up and polishing tasks.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure the lab is stocked.
• Operate computer‑controlled equipment and 3D printers to produce precise dental components.
• Polish and buff finished dentures to a high standard.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, and perform fine hand‑eye coordination tasks.
• Fluency in English (French optional) and any required certifications.
