About the role

Join Walmart Canada as a Dairy & Frozen Associate and help deliver a safe, well‑stocked grocery experience for customers. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, ensuring the dairy and frozen sections meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Zone the department and rotate stock to keep products fresh.
• Check for expired items and remove them promptly.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly signed, priced, and displayed.
• Follow cold‑chain compliance, calibrate thermometers, record temperatures, and adhere to food‑handling procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards, clean the area, and keep it free of debris and liquids.
• Process ordering, clearances, mark‑ups/markdowns, and labeling according to store policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments and lift moderate weights.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Flexible availability for various shifts.

Required skills

• Operating temperature‑monitoring equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Fundamental math skills for pricing and inventory tasks.
