About the role
The Customer Experience Intern will support the sales fulfillment process by coordinating with internal departments and external plants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. This position focuses on continuously improving the customer experience, aiming for high satisfaction, effective interaction tools, and sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain designated key customer accounts and manage all order‑fulfillment requirements.
- Enter, confirm, and manage sales orders, aligning forecasts as needed.
- Resolve customer order issues with internal sales teams, covering pricing, delivery, quality, and quantity.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to discuss planning, lead times, expedites, escalations, and product phase‑in/phase‑out.
- Support the development of tools and processes that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
