Crew Member – Fast‑Casual Restaurant

About the role

Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its fast‑casual restaurants. As a crew member you will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food‑safety standards.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
