Corporate & HR Operations Generalist

About the role

Edon Management is looking for a detail‑driven professional to bridge HR, operations, and corporate compliance. You will own WCB administration, support HR and payroll processes, and drive corporate process improvements through automation and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end WCB claims, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the Joint Health & Safety Committee with coordination and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS/ADP, assist with onboarding, employment changes, and compliance tracking.
• Contribute to payroll processing and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain corporate records, policies, and governance documentation; support audits and internal controls.
• Assist leadership with reporting, corporate initiatives, and event logistics.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, safety, and operations teams.
• Interest in streamlining processes using automation and AI tools.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and ADP systems.
• Knowledge of WCB claims administration and workplace safety processes.
• Proficiency in using automation and AI tools to improve data integrity.
