Consultant, Organization & Work Transformation, Strategic & Technology Change

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Organization & Work Transformation practice as a Consultant, helping clients navigate complex organizational and technology change initiatives. You will support the delivery of change management activities that drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments for transformation programs.
• Develop communications, training materials, and change‑management deliverables.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Contribute to change strategies that enable successful technology and business transformations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte’s capabilities.
