About the role
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Load, unload and transport construction materials. Perform routine maintenance and keep the site clean.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Read blueprints to determine work requirements.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
- Level earth to fine‑grade specifications.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Required profile
- Flexibility.
- Reliability.
- Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure in physically demanding conditions.
- Capable of handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs) loads.
Required skills
- Read blueprints.
- Operate construction equipment.
