Client Production Specialist

About the role

DCM is seeking a Client Production Specialist to own the end‑to‑end print production process for its diverse client base. This hybrid position blends client partnership, project coordination, and technical oversight to ensure high‑quality print and digital deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to manage print projects from initiation to delivery, providing proactive communication at each stage.
• Review job instructions, copy, and proofs; coordinate data file transfers and ensure accurate paperwork for invoicing.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop work‑back schedules and monitor progress.
• Make production decisions, offer technical consulting, and assume full execution accountability.
• Establish quality control standards and checkpoints to guarantee that all outputs meet precise customer specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in a commercial print environment (lithography, digital, prepress, on‑press quality control).
• Background in account management, project management, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking ability, detail orientation, and capacity to thrive under tight deadlines.
