Production Worker – Assembly & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our Calgary facility, assembling, wiring, testing and packaging lighting fixtures. You will work on an assembly line or workbench, following blueprints and ensuring high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package lighting fixtures efficiently.
• Follow blueprints, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Perform quality checks in line with inspection and control plans.
• Use hand tools and power tools to secure parts.
• Handle materials, lifting up to 50 lb and standing for long periods.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Required skills

• Hand tools (drivers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.).
• Power tools operation.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Quality inspection and control.
