Production Coordinator

About the role

Desert Sun Patios Ltd. is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the flow of materials, schedules and documentation for its patio installation projects. This full‑time, permanent position supports a fast‑paced office environment and ensures that production activities run smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and schedule production tasks, work orders and shipments.
• Requisition materials, equipment and supplies and follow up on deliveries.
• Review quotations, prepare invoices and maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to verify requirements.
• Produce regular production and performance reports.
• Assist with personnel actions and lead team members as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project or production coordination.
• College‑level certificate or diploma (1‑2 years) in a related field.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multitask.
• Reliability, organization and teamwork orientation.
