Business Development Manager – Hospital Channel (Quebec)

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and market share growth within the hospital channel across Quebec. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with large regional hospital networks, group purchasing organisations and provincial health authorities to position Celltrion as a preferred partner for biosimilar therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales KPIs, targets and quotas for assigned biosimilar products.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Celltrion’s portfolio.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within hospital networks, GPOs and health authorities.
• Lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Key Account Management (KAM) and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of agreements.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with directors and other decision‑makers.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and continuously seek ways to strengthen competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven commercial track record in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience managing RFPs, contract negotiations and complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and create strategic dialogue with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Quebec to meet customers on site.
