Branch Manager – Truck & Trailer (Peterbilt)

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead Brandt Tractor Ltd.’s Saskatoon Truck & Trailer (Peterbilt) location, overseeing daily operations and driving growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the role combines sales leadership, asset management and team development to ensure the branch meets its financial and market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability across all product lines.
• Meet asset management and market‑share targets for the branch.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, fostering a motivated and high‑performing workforce.
• Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Credit Services to manage branch receivables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

• Proven leadership experience in a sales or dealership environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
