About the role
Join Peninsula Canada as a Business Development Manager, driving new‑business sales of HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to small and medium‑sized enterprises (5‑50 employees). This field‑based role offers full training, so industry experience is not required—your sales talent and consultative approach are what matter.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities, referrals, and appointments.
- Attend meetings booked by a dedicated telemarketing partner and your own self‑generated leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with referral partners and introducers.
- Deliver value‑based, consultative sales presentations to business owners and senior decision‑makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly targets.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, high‑reward sales culture.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of new‑business success.
- Confidence selling to owners, directors, and HR decision‑makers.
- Consultative, value‑driven sales style.
- High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to win.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary: $60,000‑$75,000 CAD per year.
- Realistic first‑year earnings: $150,000‑$200,000+ CAD; top performers can earn $400,000+ CAD with uncapped commission.
