Bookkeeper & Office Administrator

About the role

Highrise Restoration Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to support its fast‑growing construction and restoration business. This junior‑to‑mid level position combines bookkeeping with daily office coordination, ensuring financial records and documentation stay accurate and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
• Track invoices, expenses, job costing, and project‑related financial data.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice follow‑up.
• Assist with office administration, filing systems, and internal coordination.
• Enter data and manage records for project teams.
• Ensure office workflows between the office, project, and accounting functions remain organized.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of bookkeeping, office administration, or related experience.
• QuickBooks Online experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication, professional attitude, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.
