About the role
The Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its nationwide hiring needs. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners across Canada to attract and engage top talent in both English and French, reinforcing the organization’s people‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from advertising to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates through internal databases, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the CCS brand.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment.
- Experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
