About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Supervisor to lead our office operations and support our team in delivering high‑quality automotive services. This role combines task coordination, staff training, and client support to ensure smooth daily workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Organise tasks to accomplish work efficiently.
- Train workers in duties, policies and best practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate, assign and review work for a team of 3‑4 people.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Offer mentoring and guidance to staff.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate/diploma (3 months to < 1 year).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supervising a small team (3‑4 people).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Personal suitability: initiative, organised, reliable, team player, ability to multitask, innovative.
