About the role
DataDocks is looking for a remote Sales Representative to help expand its warehouse‑management software across North America. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work directly with logistics operators to turn operational pain points into clear buying opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls that feel like genuine conversations and uncover real warehouse challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demos that highlight the speed and simplicity of DataDocks’ solution.
- Guide deals through a 30‑90‑day sales cycle, balancing persistence with timing.
- Develop deep knowledge of warehouse operations and become a “Logistics Whisperer.”
- Provide continuous feedback to the founder and product team to shape product and sales strategy.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or logistics.
- Proven track record of closing deals and owning a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas for operators.
- Collaborative, competitive mindset without being cut‑throat.
- Strong customer focus and willingness to take ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
