About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This full‑time, on‑site role supports guests, employees, and visitors in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, register them in the visitor‑management system, and issue day‑pass cards.
- Manage meeting‑room calendars and book small conference rooms.
- Provide coffee service and maintain the tidiness of reception and conference areas.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate personnel and handle incoming work‑order tickets.
- Monitor security cameras and liaise with property management for building maintenance issues.
- Assist with pension document intake, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of general office or reception experience.
- Grade 12 or college diploma.
- Strong front‑line customer‑service orientation and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
