About the role
Thryv Therapeutics is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to keep daily operations running smoothly in its Montreal office. The role supports the executive team, manages office systems, and ensures a professional environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and phone/email handling.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, company events, and venue bookings.
- Arrange business travel and conference logistics.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Oversee full onboarding for new employees and consultants, assisting with HR tasks.
- Administer organization-wide IT system access and enforce IT security procedures.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors (IT support, benefits, payroll, etc.).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Professional demeanor with high discretion.
- Fluent in French (oral and written).
