About the role
Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead the Ontario retail portfolio. You will drive volume, grow the business, and build strong partnerships with sales management, suppliers, and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual plans for key accounts, ensuring business goals are met.
- Manage promotional spend by account priority and implement corrective actions.
- Grow total portfolio by increasing net sales value, market share, and volume.
- Create and maintain a promotional calendar for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise execution and provide feedback on program effectiveness.
- Analyse competitive activity, generate insights and present account‑specific updates at quarterly meetings.
- Prospect, quantify and qualify new accounts to expand the brand portfolio.
- Deliver product and brand training to staff and attend trade events as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑4 years of experience in a similar key‑account role.
- Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven judgement, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work proactively.
