About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Solutions Consultant to manage a portfolio of healthcare clients, drive project execution, and expand our market presence. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and revenue growth while collaborating with internal research, sales, and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a defined portfolio of healthcare industry clients.
- Oversee market research and consulting projects from initiation through delivery.
- Maintain client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through proactive support.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Generate new business and contribute to overall growth targets.
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi‑phase projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare sector, especially medical devices or life sciences, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

What we offer
- Base salary CA$60,000 – CA$80,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
- Total target compensation up to CA$140,000+.
