About the role
We are seeking a compassionate family caregiver to provide personal and household support to a client in their home in Montréal. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and other personal care tasks.
- Launder clothing and household linens and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Plan therapeutic diets, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote the client’s wellbeing.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including basic safety checks.
- Assist with medication reminders and support daily routines when required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of caregiving experience.
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and dependability.
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and organized work habits.
- Patience, honesty, and a client‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
