About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and ensure accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and prep areas.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak hours.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
