Sports Bar Manager

About the role

The Sports Bar Manager leads the front‑line team to deliver elevated food and beverage service and an unforgettable fan experience at the Sports Bar. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, you will shape a positive, energetic work environment while upholding CSE’s quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hospitality management team to continuously improve service strategies.
• Lead, develop, and motivate staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality food and beverage delivery in a thrilling atmosphere.
• Assist the Director of Restaurants with revenue forecasting, budget execution, and financial planning.
• Monitor daily and event operations, ensuring proper planning, execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and marketing campaigns; help create new initiatives for the Sports Bar.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee purchasing, and ensure sanitation and food‑safety compliance.
• Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training of staff.
• Support administrative duties for Premium Club Venues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shift Leader, Day Manager, Night Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high‑volume, premium casual restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional guest service, conflict resolution, and service recovery.
• Strong leadership ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Action‑oriented, adaptable problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
