About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
• Operate stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Handle cash register and point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
