Associate – Strategy & Transformation (Life Sciences & Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to support the execution of strategy, planning, service design, and transformation projects across life sciences, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, trade associations, and technology. You will work closely with senior principals, helping clients tackle complex business challenges and deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of research materials and market data.
• Plan and run contextual interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform secondary and primary research, organize findings, and synthesize insights.
• Prepare financial analyses and translate results into clear frameworks and presentation artifacts.
• Support the development of strategic recommendations, designs, and service concepts.
• Contribute to business development by monitoring industry trends and providing market insights.
